Details:

1)    SKINS (*.BMP files): you can't modify or recolor them. I mean my heads and my clothes, of course.
        You just can use them - GIVING THE PROPER CREDIT TO IRISH ROSE AND ARCHICHIARI - to create fake sims or paintings.
        All I ask is to send a short note to inform me about what you are going to do with my stuff.
        You can write to irishrose @ archichiari.com.
        You can't even redistribute them on your sites.     

2)    MESHES (*.SKN and *.CMX files): you can't modify them. No way.
        If you use them to create clothes on your own, please GIVE THE PROPER CREDIT TO IRISH ROSE AND ARCHICHIARI.
        You can redistribute them on your sites JUST FOR FREE.
        I don't want people to pay for something I realized for free here on my website.
        The Sims are just a game and I want my stuff to remain free.

3)    OBJECTS (*.IFF files): you can't modify them or redistribute them.
        You can recolor them just ASKING MY PERMISSION.
        Sometimes I may say yes and sometimes I may say no. No complains.

4)    WALLS and FLOORS (*.WLL and *.FLR files): you can't recolor, modify or redistribute them.
        That's all.
